CONTENT POLICY

By submitting Content to PetPlace Station for inclusion on your Website, you grant PetPlace Station a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying and distributing. If you request to delete Content, PetPlace Station will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Our content policies play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for you, the users. Please respect these guidelines. From time to time, we may change our content policies so please check back here. Also, please note that when applying the policies below, we may make exceptions based on artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific considerations or where there are other substantial benefits to the public from not taking action on the content.

Child safety: We have a zero tolerance policy towards content that exploits children.

Animal safety: We have a zero tolerance policy towards content that exploits animals.

Hate Speech: We do not promote slanderous content towards other organizations. This site is for education and entertainment and we do not encourage content that does not further those objectives.

Mature Content: We do not allow adult content on PetPlace Station, including images or videos that contain sexual activity. Short of having videos or images that describe the birthing process of animals, we do not allow images or videos of animal copulation.

Submissions – Suggestions & Feedback

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Site or the Service ("Submissions"), provided by you to PetPlace Station are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of PetPlace Station. PetPlace Station shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. This does not include submissions considered for content on the site.

Termination

PetPlace Station may terminate your membership, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the site for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including if it believes that you are under 13. When we are notified that a contributor has died, we will generally, but are not obligated to, keep the contributor's content active under a special memorialized status for a period of time determined by us.

Infringement

As PetPlace Station asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by PetPlaceStation.com violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify PetPlace Station in accordance with PetPlace Station’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”) Policy. PetPlace Station will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. In the case of a contributor who may infringe or repeatedly infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of PetPlace Station or others, PetPlace Station may, in its discretion, terminate and remove the contributor from the website. In the case of such termination, PetPlace Station will have no obligation to provide payment of any amounts previously agreed to the contributor.

Trademarks

PetPlace Station and other Pet Central Network graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of Pet Central in the U.S. and/or other countries. PetPlace Station's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the PetPlace Station.
